Requirements Definition
Requirements Analysis
The information about project requirements and specifications is being analyzed. This stage also includes the identification of the reusable architectures, designs, codes and approaches. Documents include Requirements Analysis Report.
Design
This stage involves the definition of the software architecture and optimum design selection. A prototype is developed inorder to guide the developer on how the real software/System will appear Documents include Preliminary Design Report.
Development
The stage involves the actual development of the project while looking at the defined prototype. The functional and Non functional requirement are also put into play because they are the key requirements tat the clients envision in their project.
Testing
This stage includes testing of the completely integrated project while looking for any bugs so that they are corrected. We also track to see that all the functional and non functional requirements have been deployed in the project and also ensure that it matches the prototype.
Delivery and Maintainance
This stage is basically about meeting the client and delivering to them their project for usage and deployment. We also offer them the option of maintainance for them to consider so that we can regular perform updates to ensure that the project is uptodate and efficient enough.
